There are various government assistance schemes that are available to the SMEs in Singapore, supplied by various statutory boards or agencies. We provide assistance to our clients in their applications to these schemes.

1. Financial Advisor Programme (FAP)
A scheme that aims at helping viable SMEs strengthen their capital structures, trim cost, and improve their cash flow management. Spring Singapore administer this scheme.

2. Local Enterprise Financing Scheme (LEFS)
A fixed interest rate financing programme designed to encourage and assist local enterprises to upgrade, strengthen and expand their operations. This scheme is administered by Spring Singapore.

3. Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS)
A scheme to help local enterprises defray costs incurred in modernizing and upgrading their operations through the engagement of an external expert for a limited period of time. This scheme is administered by Spring Singapore.

4. SME First Stop
The website provides comprehensive information for SMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs on government assistance programmes, self-learning packages on business upgrading tools as well as useful business websites. This scheme is supported by Spring Singapore.

5. Startup Enterprise Development Scheme (SEEDS)
The scheme aims to foster entrepreneurship and innovation activities in Singapore, providing equity financing for startup in the seed stage of enterprise formation. The Economic Development Board (EDB) administers this scheme.

6. Business Development Scheme (BDS)
The Business Development Scheme is to assist local companies to identify investment opportunities through study missions. This is targeted at encouraging local companies to explore business and technical collaboration opportunities in international markets. This applies only to missions or projects undertaken on a group basis. This scheme is administered by EDB.

7. Regionalisation Finance Scheme (RFS)
The scheme is a financing programme designed to assist local enterprises in setting up operations overseas. RFS is part of the government's effort to assist local enterprises to globalise their operations, sell in the global marketplace and leverage on global resources to grow. This scheme is administered by IE Singapore.

8. Overseas Enterprise Incentive (OEI)
The scheme is to provide support to local enterprises' investments in overseas projects that generate economic spin-offs for Singapore. This scheme is administered by EDB.
